All appointments are to be reserved with a non-refundable booking fee. This is 50% of the treatment you have booked in. No bookings are made without this paid. At each appointment you would then pay the remainder, if you then book another appointment the 50% of the next appointment would also be paid to reserve the booking. Booking fees are non-refundable but they is transferable to another date. If you need to rearrange your appointment, you can do this for free up to 24 hours before, anything within 24 hours of the appointment will incur in loss of 50% booking fee.

If you do not show for your appointment or rearrange within 24 hours this is classed as a no show. Any further appointments made after a no show will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

Memberships can be bought for the following treatments; Spray Tan, HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift, Gel Nails.

Spray Tan memberships are £225 for 10 treatments to be used within 30 weeks of purchase. Saving £25.

Gel Nail BIAB memberships are £210 for 6 treatments to be used within 

HD Brows memberships are £180 for 6 treatments to be used within 26 weeks of purchase. Saving £30.

Brow Lamination memberships are £240 for 6 treatments to be used within 50 weeks of purchase. Saving £30.

Lash Lift memberships are £240 for 6 treatments to be used within 50 weeks of purchase. Saving £30.

On arrival you will be asked to wash your hands and sanitise.

Walk ins are welcomed but we do recommend to pre book as we can rarely accommodate.

​

The safety of our staff and clients is our priority. If you are suffering from a contagious infection please rearrange your appointment until you are better.

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment. The lateness of more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated and may incur in loss of booking fee or treatment cut short.

​

Patch tests for Tinting, Lash & Brow treatments will need to be at least 48 hours before the treatment, this is up for you to arrange, anyone arriving for their appointment without a patch test will incur in loss of booking fee. Patch testing has to be updated every 6 months if there has been no treatment during this time frame.

Respect is a non-negotiable,  we expect respect and kindness at all times and will always show you the same.

Please arrive alone to your appointment.

Children are unable to wait around the salon and cannot wait during their parent/guardian's appointment. We do welcome children in the salon ONLY during an appointment of their own and they would need an adult supervising them for the duration.
