Fat freezing, also known as cryolipolysis is used to treat stubborn pockets of fat by freezing it. A consultation is compulsory with one of our trained members of staff who will discuss the treatment plan to achieve the best results for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
By freezing the fat to around -6 degrees is not only safe, but
very effective. 20-40% of the fat cells in the treated area will
die in a natural way and dissolve over 2-4 months. This

TREATMENTS THAT COMPLIMENT
A course of Cavitation may be recommended first. A course of Radio Frequency Skin Tightening & Shockwave Cellulite Reduction a week after treatment to smooth the skins surface.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAT FREEZING & CAVITATION?
Cavitation is instant inch loss which the same area is treated weekly to break down fat cells. One fat freezing treatment eliminates 20-40% of fat in the area treated over 2-3 months or double if including Shockwave. Cavitation can be used to treat a whole area rather than just stubborn pockets of fat. Cavitation courses may be recommended before a fat freeze.
PRE & POST CARE
Drink at least 2 litres of water daily
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after
Avoid “fatty” food on the day of the treatment
Avoid eating 2 hours before treatment
Avoid heat on treated area before treatment and until skin has normalised after treatment, including sunbeds etc
Bruising can happen and may be apparent for up to 10 days
Redness may be present for up to 4 weeks
Any numbness will subside gradually
Wear loose clothing until redness/numbess has subsided
